• Assistance with site tours, selection, and booking of ceremony and reception venues*

• RSVP tracking and guest list management

• Venue walkthroughs and layout coordination

• Development and management of your wedding budget

• Scheduling and attending vendor meetings

Perfect for those who want to throw the best party of the year but don’t know where to start, or for clients who need help securing trusted vendors. 5 hours included

Includes:

• Prepare schedules, timelines, and checklists

• Assist with site tour selection and booking of venues

• Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme, and/or style

• Walkthroughs with client at selected sites (when available)

• Schedule and manage vendor meetings

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure products and services meet your specifications

• Ongoing consultation and updates with clients regarding vendor progress

• Meeting reviews of all details in the month and week prior to the event

• Preparation of event-day itinerary

• Unlimited but reasonable access to Sophisticated Events via phone or email

• Direct and host the event

• Receive deliveries and greet vendors

• Ensure venue setup matches client specifications

• Distribute vendor gratuities and final payments on behalf of the client
