Wedding Packages

The SOPHISTICATED package is our best package yet! This package is for the bride who wishes to be a worry-free/hands-off bride by utilizing the coordinator to fully plan the wedding of your dreams. 

The cost of this package is $2500

This package allows Sophisticated Events to do everything from start to finish for the couple. Your vision/theme/colors are given to SE and we make everything happen. 

This package includes everything in the SIMPLE packages as well as:

• Prepare schedules/timelines/checklists

• Assist with the selection of wedding attire and accessories*

• Assist with site tours, selection, and booking of ceremony and reception venues*

• Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme, and style for the wedding

• Assistance with RSVP tracking

• Walk through with client at the selected sites for the wedding/reception*

• Assist with development of wedding budget

• Schedule vendor meetings

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided per your specifications

• Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products

• Ceremony planning

• Reception and attendance planning

• Meeting reviews of all details with client, the month of the wedding and the week prior to the wedding

• Coordinate the collection of gifts received at wedding to be delivered to pre-arranged location

The SIMPLE package is just that, it allows the use of the coordinator as your Wedding Day Director and a consultation in which the coordinator can make suggestions in the planning of your wedding starting 60 days prior. This package includes the rehearsal, ceremony, and 4 hours of reception.

The cost of this package is $1200. For additional time the hourly rate is $100.

This package include:

• Consult on wedding theme and presentation

• Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary

• Attendance and direction at the rehearsal

• Final collection of wedding items at rehearsal to be set up on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.

• Unlimited access to a consultant via phone and email from the date of contract signing until the end of the wedding day*

• Confirmation with vendors for wedding day arrangements.

• Oversee and direct the ceremony

• Receive deliveries and greet vendors

• Ensure the ceremony and reception site are set to your specification

• Coordinate music selections

• Provide a full wedding day experience

• Distribute vendor gratuities and final payments as needed on behalf of the client

• Provide a stress-free day for the bride and groom
